In 1997, Larry Scott was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Dodge City Cooperative Exchange, having served as a cooperative director since 1983 for three other cooperatives. He has served as secretary for the Dodge City Cooperative Board for the past eight years. Larry raises dryland wheat, milo and has a cow/calf herd northwest of Kalvesta in Finney Country, Kansas. He and his wife, Sherry, have one son, Nathan, and eight grandchildren.
